My promise to you and your pet
It is truly my greatest honor to be there for your family at this incredibly important, sensitive time. Since I first became a veterinarian in 2005, I have treated each and every pet I’ve cared for like my own family. My whole goal is to for you and your pet to be as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process of saying goodbye. Whether your pet drifts off in their cozy bed, on your lap, or under their favorite tree, I promise that they will be calm, content, and surrounded by love.
In-Home Euthanasia Visit $350
Visit includes:
- A personalized, comfortable experience where we do things in whatever manner feels most right for you and your treasured pet
- Time to discuss your pet’s medical condition and any wishes you have so I can customize the best plan for a peaceful passing
- Medication to ensure your pet is sleeping and completely at ease before euthanasia
- Personalized keepsakes including clay paw print and lock of your pet’s fur
- Coordination and transport for dignified, gentle cremation with Faithful Companion, if desired — please see below for more information
Aftercare
I am honored to work with the incredible team at Faithful Companion of Cedar Lake, Indiana to provide dignified, gentle cremation services for your beloved pet. I will meet with Faithful Companion following your visit, and cremation will be performed that evening. In addition, if you choose private cremation, your pet’s remains will be hand delivered to your home the following day, at no additional expense.
Private Cremation
Your pet will be cremated individually in a dignified, gentle manner, with only their remains hand delivered to your home by Faithful Companion the following day. All private cremations include a beautiful wooden urn. Should you prefer a different urn, numerous options are available through Faithful Companion at an additional cost. Engraving is also available for an additional $30.
Communal Cremation
Your pet will be cremated in a dignified, gentle manner in a group setting, with their remains scattered in Faithful Companion’s beautiful pet memorial garden in Cedar Lake, Indiana.
Angel Care $250
Should your cherished pet pass away on their own at home, I am here to help you navigate this difficult time.
An Angel Care visit includes:
- Confirmation of your pet’s passing
- Time to discuss your pet and answer any questions your might have
- Personalized keepsakes including claw paw print and lock of your pet’s fur
- Coordination and transport for dignified, gentle cremation with Faithful Companion, if desired — please see above for more information
